This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website, or app?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other details to help you with your experience.
Additionally, if you choose to connect your Google account to the Meaningful Action Planner, we may temporarily access limited Google Tasks data (task titles and completion status) for the purpose of syncing with your in-app tasks. We do not access or store your email, contacts, calendar events, or any other Google account data.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, enter information on our site, or provide us with feedback on our products or services.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and allow us to deliver content and product offerings you are most interested in.
- To improve our website to better serve you.
- To respond to customer service requests.
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey, or other site feature.

- To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products.
- To follow up after correspondence (live chat, email, or phone inquiries).
- To sync tasks between the Meaningful Action Planner and Google Tasks (see section below).
Google Tasks Integration (Required Disclosure for Google API Services)
We offer optional integration with Google Tasks using OAuth 2.0 to allow users to sync tasks with their Google accounts. This integration works as follows:
- What We Access: We only access Google Task titles and completion status.
- What We Store: We do not store any Google user data or credentials. We temporarily use access tokens that are never stored on our servers.
- How Data Is Used: Task data is used solely to display and sync your tasks. It is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.
- Security: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Any task data created within our app and stored in our backend (Supabase) is encrypted at rest.
- Revoke Access: You may revoke access at any time via your [Google Account Permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
We follow Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and are committed to safeguarding your privacy.
How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned regularly for security vulnerabilities to make your visit as safe as possible. We use regular malware scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is accessible only to a limited number of people with special access rights. All sensitive/credit information is encrypted via SSL.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
